Based on the current behavior, it seems that we paint an extra header at the top
of the original page of the header. Can you explain how this CL avoids the extra
header?

The mistake we're currently making is that we assume the
table->pageLogicalOffset() is on the first page. So when the table starts on the
second page, for example, (pageHeight - table->pageLogicalOffset()) moves our
offset to to the top of the second page rather than to the top of the next one.
