sdk_forward_declarations.h isn't really the right place for exposing private API
declarations - we want to make it really hard to use SPIs unintentionally. It
feels like heresey, but I think the right way to do this is to leave the
declaration in browser_accessibility_cocoa.mm and just copy+paste it into
bridged_content_view.mm as well (there, you can say "Also used in
BrowserAccessibilityCocoa.")
