Add new benchmark for testing the three most common t-value distributions for
hard stop gradients. Specifically, 

1) 0, 0.5, 0.5, 1 (~36% of all hard stop gradients)
2) 0, 1, 1        (~11% of all hard stop gradients)
3) 0, 0, 1        ( ~5% of all hard stop gradients)

Combined, these special cases account for over 52% of all gradients with hard
stops.
