Linux: Fix up sysroot_scripts.

- Use the right repo for Ubuntu ARM(64)
- Add checks for valid architectures so the "All" commands work.
- Try to fix up some bashisms
- And give up on the rest and just switch to bash

Verified that trusty script now downloads the ARM package lists.

Can we also change these scripts such that
UpdatePackageListsAll/BuildSysrootAll/UploadSysrootAll works for the wheezy and
trusty scripts also?  It currently tries to do it for all architectures, and
either 404s or creates extra files like
build/linux/sysroot_scripts/packagelist.trusty.amd64 and
build/linux/sysroot_scripts/packagelist.trusty.i386

I can check the 404 cases.

Trusty i386/amd64 should be ok, because one can generate a sysroot for those
distros.
