Is there anything else to do before the standard gae metrics show up in pcon?

This is a go appengine app and we're already using the gaemiddleware.BaseProd()
stuff from luci.

Thanks, I set up all the pubsub stuff and added the som-staging service account
as a publisher.

Anything else? Or with the pubsub publisher do we need to have this cron job?

SoM app routing routes (I remember they are odd) probably prevent the cron
request to reach the implementation, /internal/cron/ts_mon/housekeeping fails
with HTTP redirect.

(Also update app.yaml to list /internal as "require: admin")

FWIW, http://go/inframon-doc has a complete example of setting up tsmon with a
Go appengine app. You may need to enable timeseries monitoring in your
/admin/settings page (you get one for any Go app).
