Now that the ChromeDriver bots are usign GN, we need to update the build dir
path in chrome_paths.py. This means replacing Release/Debug with Default. See
the bug for more context.

I've also removed the "build" and "xcodebuild" directories, as these don't seem
to be used anymore (at least not by our bots).
