Uprev to Polymer 0.2.1

The latest Blink roll deprecates HTMLImport API's used by Polymer 0.1.4. This patch uprevs to Polymer 0.2.1.

Looking into a way to fix imports on the keyboard without uprevving to the
latest polymer.

It seems that a patch, https://codereview.chromium.org/218943003/, was just
reverted one hour ago due to the failure of the
OpenAudioFiles/FileManagerBrowserTest.
The failure look similar to the one here.

I guess the root cause is https://codereview.chromium.org/218943003/.
I've found that the third_party/polymer/platform/platform.js is still using
webkitCreateShadowRoot.
I am assuming FileManagerBrowserTest is using polymer.

Can we fix the failure by updating platform.js so that it doesn't use
webkitCreateShadowRoot?
I think platform.js is the result of JS compilations. I am not sure how to
update this.

Could someone help me to try to fix that?

The root cause is solved by the hayato's revert.

But we need to fix the flattening way of audio player scripts a bit, since the
copyright style of Polymer is changed and it causes the JS syntax error. Audio
player expects that all script files has double-slash at the first of file, but
the new polymer.js doesn't. I'll fix it soon.

was reverted.

I confirmed that we can fix the failures of 'OpenAudioFiles/*' by adding the
following line A before including polymer's platform.js in
chrome/browser/resources/file_manager/audio_player/js/autio_player_script.js.

It seems we have to update third_party/polymer so that it does work without
