nit: I'd rather just use base::ThreadTaskRunnerHandle::Get(), but BrowserThread
is certainly more explicit. Your call.

I also suspect callers will be surprised that these callbacks run on the IO
thread by default - i.e. with no TaskRunner provided - given that we're binding
them on the UI thread. We should document this clearly in ContentBrowserClient.
