Rename ParsedChunk to TokenizedChunk in core/html/parser

Rename ParsedChunk to TokenizedChunk in core/html/parser

This patch runs
s/ParsedChunk/TokenizedChunk/g
s/parsedChunk/tokenizedChunk/g

in core/html/parser. ParsedChunk is badly named as it only contains
chunks of tokens.

I think we can keep BackgroundHTMLParser as is, as its already widely known
(beyond core/html/parser maintainers) by its name.
May be we can rename after we conclude if we should keep it or remove it?
