[dashboard] Use "dialog-dismiss" and "dialog-confirm" w/ paper-dialogs

This replaces the pre-1.0 attributes, "affirmative" and "dismissive".

Adding these attributes to a button within a paper-dialog makes those
buttons automatically close the dialog.
