exo: Fix invisible cursor on secondary displays

The cursor location in display coordinates was being compared with and
updated from the mouse location in screen coordinates.

BUG=631136
TEST=Pointer is visible in weston-terminal on secondary display.
TEST=Pointer is still visible in ARC.
