I found that I needed to explicitly install psutil to get the forwarder (used by
WPR) to work with Python 2.7.11 under virtualenv:

$ venv/bin/pip install psutil

Maybe we should have a page with instructions that mentions this?

Hmhh, I don't recall web-page-replay depending on psutil.

WPR doesn't, but there's the following chain of dependencies:

telemetry/internal/platform/android_platform_backend.py
 → telemetry/internal/forwarders/android_forwarder.py
 → devil/android/forwarder.py
 → psutil
