Fix possible memory leaks.

WebsiteSettingsUI::SetPermissionInfo doc says 'The callee is expected to take
ownership of the objects in |chosen_object_info_list|.'
Android implementations don't do anything with |chosen_object_info_list|, so
memory leaks are possible.
