openbsd: fix platform build

Fix the build on that most popular of platforms, OpenBSD.

Summary:

    OpenBSD doesn't have <ucontext.h>. ucontext_t lives in <signal.h>
    and is a typedef for struct sigcontext. There is no uc_mcontext.
