Why don't you use |operator PassRefPtrWillBeRawPtr<>()| ?

Also, we don't prepend "get" to a simple accessor function.

Will fix as you suggest.

In our experimental branch, we were replacing the implicit type converter with
getValue() for some complicated reason which I don't remember, but I guess the
issue is already gone when we deprecated Handle<> and Result<>.
