LGTM, but beware of a possible capacity problem: https://goto.google.com/pledo

At busy times, the predicted spikes go up to ~100 builds, and the pool has 90
slaves. We might get some pending queues.

So ramp up slowly and watch for the updated capacity numbers as we get more
frequent builds and more accurate estimates.

Disk space capacity is good, and can handle another builder.

Yeah, as we talked abou this on Friday, it'll depend on how much load this
builder actually
adds. I'll keep an eye on it.
