please make this a separate CL.

That said, this all looks pretty sketchy (parsing the bat file?)

less.exe should be in the PATH if this was invoked via git. It may be better to
set GIT_PAGER in the shell script above.

What is the proper way to move last commit to a new separate branch?

"git freeze" doesn't help. "git cl upload" have just uploaded FREEZE.unindexed
commit. Yet another bug.

This is a bug in 'cl upload` - it should not propose to freeze local files if
working copy is dirty.
