Update URLRequestTestHTTP.GetZippedTest test assertions

This test adds a new test assertion in GetZippedTest to check the contents of
decoded response body.

Randy: This is a small CL to make test assertions stronger. While doing the
net::Filter refactoring, I found that an incorrect implementation can pass these
tests. I added a new test assertion to make sure that it will catch such failure
in the future. PTAL.
