Remove unused StringImpl::findNextLineStart, StringImpl::count and reverseFindLineTerminator.

Remove unused StringImpl::findNextLineStart, StringImpl::count and reverseFindLineTerminator.

None of these is used anymore and we have no tests. Lets remove them
and add them back later if/when they're needed.
