The seed has to be the same as the one used on the server. Other than that I do
not think it matters which seed we use.

Not sure if you get anything by having this comment here, give nthat the
function says that it has to be on the UI thread and it DCHECKs.

I have changed the comment to say that Profile::GetRequestContext() must be
called on the UI thread. This is non-obvious

I believe that this is due to BrowserContext::GetStoragePartitionMap() calling
BrowserContext::GetUserData().
