win_chromium_x64_rel_ng looks like a flakey test.  You can re-run that bot if
you want (but I wouldn't consider it necessary for such a simple change).

win_chromium_rel_ng looks like a bot-specific problem.  The fact that it both
shows up with and without your patch indicates that it is unrelated.
