A revert of this CL (patchset #1 id:1) has been created in
https://codereview.chromium.org/2207543002/ by kjellander@chromium.org.

The reason for reverting is: A manual test with the latest Firefox nightly is
working, so I'm re-enabling this. See crbug.com/626556 for more info..
