Remove unneeded type indirections from CallbackPromiseAdapter.

Remove unneeded type indirections from CallbackPromiseAdapter.

Now that Blink uses std::unique_ptr instead of OwnPtr, type mapping
structs and using-declarations in CallbackPromiseAdapter are no-ops and
can thus be removed.
