ash: Explicitly enumerate repeatable accelerators.

Instead of designating specific accelerators as
non-repeatable (which is prone to getting outdated), keep
track of the few accelerators that should be repeatable.

Also make many probably-inadvertently-repeatable
accelerators instead be non-repeatable.
