Retain coordinator and update label in UpdatePasswordInfoBarController

Retain coordinator and update label in UpdatePasswordInfoBarController

Fixes for UpdatePasswordInfoBarController. SelectorCoordinator is
retained as a property so that it is not immediately dismissed, and
the infobar label is updated in the SelectorCoordinatorDelegate
callback.
