Remove third_party/WebKit/LICENSE.

Remove third_party/WebKit/LICENSE.

The existing file pointed to the Chromium SVN repository for AUTHORS,
which is out of date. Nowadays Chromium and Blink share one git repo,
so src/LICENSE and src/AUTHORS are in the same repository and apply to
Blink.

Pre-fork license info for WebKit was already found elsewhere (in
LICENSE_FOR_ABOUT_CREDITS and in individual source files).

Since these are now one repo, this line may not be useful anymore, but at least
this update makes it not point to a 2-year-old file.

Will do. By the way, there's also LICENSE_FOR_ABOUT_CREDITS, which is still
listed as WebKit/webkit.org on chrome://credits. Do you know what the rules are
for whether that should continue to exist?

I don't know what the rules actually are, but I'm willing to bet that still
needs to exist.
We were quite conservative during the fork to keep as much of the original
credits and
licenses as we could.

If you're really curious, we can check w/ legal.
