Replace/remove some uses of DeviceDisplayInfo

This is part of an effort to remove the Android-specific
DeviceDisplayInfo that can currently only handle one Display. To support
attaching WebView to a Presentation we need a solution that allows for
multiple displays.

Apparently I forgot to Compile and test Chrome >.< (only tested WebView).

PS2 just fixes the compilation issue in PS1 so I'll just go ahead and commit
again.

The try-job failed with the error
