No problem, and thanks for the review.

enable_java_templates basically puts dependence on the android SDK behind a flag
s.t. projects that don't use the SDK (e.g. pdfium) can still use the parts of
the android gn logic that don't depend on the SDK. android_assets is defined
behind enable_java_templates, so if that flag is set to false, we can't use it.
