Convert video-controls* tests to testharness.js

Cleaning up video-controls* tests in media/
to use testharness.js instead of video-test.js.
This will enable to upstream these tests to web-platform-tests.

This part did not cancel the touch previously. The function is nice touch though
(no pun intended...), so maybe add an (optional) argument to make canceling the
touch-point optional?
