Hi Henrik,

Before I can make my changes to the event log API, these tests need to be
temporarily disabled. When my WebRTC CL is rolled into Chrome, there will be a
short period where the old API still exists, but is no longer functional, which
breaks this test. After my Chrome CL
(https://codereview.chromium.org/1855193002/#ps400001) lands, these tests can be
reenabled.
