[Layout API] Use LayoutViewItem in PaintPropertyTreeBuilderTest.cpp

There are two instances of document().layoutView(), which is deprecated.
I changed each to layoutViewItem() and added a method on LayoutItem
to proxy to the relevant method on LayoutObject.

There are no functional changes.
