Remove unused FontPlatformDataHarfBuzz::emSizeInFontUnits

Remove the unused m_emSizeInFontUnits field and emSizeInFontUnits
method from FontPlatformDataHarfBuzz.

I don't think this was actually a reason, so I reverted the revert.
