Normally, for a boolean getter, we would call the method
didAccessInitialDocument, but considering we already have another one called
didAccessInitialDocument this is a bit tricky. How about calling it
hasAccessedIntialDocument (with member variable name change), and changing the
names accordingly in WebFrame?
