Hello Gio,

In the same vein as crbug.com/622495, I think this would be valuable for us to
get a sense of how often users run with experimental Web Bluetooth enabled in
chrome://flags.

FYI, it looks like the existing UMA for Web Bluetooth flag works only for Chrome
OS.
I'm not able to see the ones from Android, Linux and macOS.
