ozone: Add YV12 to drm_util.cc.

crrev.com/1837703002 changed the way we create GbmBuffer from fds.

The code now looks up FourCC code for a BufferType using drm_util.cc.

This patch adds YV12 to GetFourCCFormatFromBufferFormat and
GetBufferFormatFromFourCCFormat in drm_util.cc.
