The docs for [NSProcessInfo operatingSystemVersionString] say:

"The operating system version string is human readable, localized, and is
appropriate for displaying to the user. This string is /not/ appropriate for
parsing."

It probably isn't appropriate for taking apart like this and sending to Omaha;
we should use [NSProcessInfo operatingSystemVersion] instead and build the
string ourselves.
