Is it possible to use the android implementation every where?

The android implementation is different from the mac implementation, and cannot
be reconciled. My naive glance at the aura implementation suggests that it is
also different from the android implementation. I did not look at the gtk
implementation.

Actually, why is android resizing the RWHV but the others are resizing the
WebContentsView?
