Update DEPS to point at equivalent commits on master

Update DEPS to point at equivalent commits on master

These repositories were changed to directly mirror upstream Git,
as opposed to doing their own SVN->Git conversion. As such, their
hashes changed. The old hashes were preserved in refs/heads/old_svn,
but there's no reason to continue relying on that. This CL updates
the hashes to point at the equivalent commits in refs/heads/master.
