Just curious why is this builder name doesn't exists in master.cfg.

If you modify builder name make sure same is updated in:

Before this CL lands:
1. https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/tools/mb/mb_config.pyl


After CL lands and master restart:
1. Modify the config maps on the dashboard.

Fixed. It does. I didn't see it because the suffix "_perf_bisect" is
automatically added onto the builder name in the master.cfg file, but not
automatically added to the builder name in the slave.cfg file.

As for the dashboard, I don't think I have permission to update these.
