Devices on android_webview_aosp_perf_bisect bot were upgraded to Nexus5X and now
we need to get 64 bit builds on these bots.

Is this the recommended way to do this?

Fixed. It does. I didn't see it because the suffix "_perf_bisect" is
automatically added onto the builder name in the master.cfg file, but not
automatically added to the builder name in the slave.cfg file.
