Add manifest.json to Flash output for Mac.

This file is needed to unify how the updater finds the version on disk
as well as a base for differential updates.

Thanks! It will only affect the .dmg image on Mac, increasing the size by ~2000
bytes (prior to any compression being applied). The first differential component
update we do for Flash will save the user multi-megabytes, so it shouldn't be
too long before it pays itself back.
