Remove style spans to follow the styles of list item

This CL removes style spans to follow the styles of list item when
the text of the pasted or merged element becomes a list item.

yosin@ I tried to remove isLegacyAppleHTMLSpanElement() call from
handleStyleSpansBeforeInsertion because of this CL. It's not easy to add more
cases to handleStyleSpansBeforeInsertion() due to isLegacyAppleHTMLSpanElement()
so we may need to refactor this code.

Hi yosin@ Could you take a look at the latest CL for rebaseline?

My CL can fix another case:

If we make <span> tag into an unordered list using
document.execCommand('insertUnorderedList'), the <span> tag is added as the
parent of <ul> and as the child of <li>.

Other rebaseline cases seem to be related to <span> tag removal.
