Remove repaint.js include from css3/filters tests

All of these tests appeared to be pixel-based / under-invalidation tests. 
Rather than making them text-based, I made them pixel-only and pushed them
through rAF rather than testRunner.display().

This seems reasonable. Note that we inherited these tests from Adobe and Apple,
and I haven't looked at them extensively.

It would be nice to revert the code changes in one of the small patches, e.g.,
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=89475, just to see if the tests still
catch that regression.

Awesomely, commenting out the hasAncestorWithFilterOutsets block in
scrollContentsFastPath and running css3/filters without this patch does not
fail.  So, these scroll tests are no longer catching that regression.

What do you think about landing this still? Should I delete those tests?
