How big do you expect linux_blimp to be?

It appears, this pool has some slaves at 75% disk capacity, while
linux_optional1 still at max 46%. If it's comparable to the full chromium
checkout in size, it might make sense to add it to optional_builders1 pool
instead (and update the comment).

I spoke with haibinlu@ and blimp is just a content shell so should be smaller
than full chromium, so this pool should be ok for now :)
