Feeling around a bit more..... there's not really any precedent for a ui model,
nor an app list model, to be a struct. Convention is class + accessors. Any
thoughts?

Hmm. I don't think this even belongs in this folder... The models here are
highly abstracted UI components rather than actual ui.

I think it's worth moving this to its own folder ui/base/profile_selector given
that we will be needing more shared assets for the new profile selector.
