Convert video-autoplay*, video-black* and video-buffered* tests to testharness.js

Cleaning up video-autoplay*, video-black* and video-buffered* tests
in media/ to use testharness.js instead of video-test.js.
This will enable to upstream these tests to web-platform-tests.
