I spit the original CL in 3 parts:
1. Disable the AW tests that rely in ContentVideoView being created.
2. Enable Spitzer for AW
3. Set COPY_REQUIED.

This is part 2, PTAL.

what happened with the errors from the mailbox manager with COPY_REQUIRED?

1 and 3 need to happen before 2
