Ah. that's something I forgot. We usually add the lines

if (!%IsParallelRecompilationSupported()) {
  print("Parallel recompilation is disabled. Skipping this test.");
  quit();
}

at the start of such tests so that we make sure in the test that we skip if
parallel recompilation is not supported. I would prefer that.
