Hmm, so there are 2 URLs and 2 URL patterns in play:

- Page you visit
- URL of OSD file.
- Search pattern specified by OSD file.
- Suggestion pattern specified by OSD file.

But these two dimensions sound like a good start.

If you want more granularity, we'll need to add metrics up in //chrome somewhere
(looks like `SearchEngineTabHelper::OnPageHasOSDD` is the entry point to trace
through). Blink-side, this is all we can get, as we don't actually deal with the
file anywhere down at this level of the stack.

I think it's worth landing this one as Blink-side stats are easily lined-up with
page view percentages, but I'd be totally willing for you to add more granular
metrics elsewhere. :)
