Switch Android GPU bots to Release from Debug.

Release + Asserts are the preferred testing configuration for our
purposes. For example, even on desktop, the Debug bots are too slow to
run the WebGL 2.0 conformnace tests.

Also changes the forthcoming Android ANGLE tryserver from Debug to
Release, removes the non-Swarmed Nexus 5X bot, and fixes the Nexus
6P bot's config.
